Guild members have free access to a business support helpline provided by Croner Consulting.
Croner Consulting is one of the UK’s largest and most experienced providers of in-depth advice and support for businesses in the high-risk areas of Employment, Health & Safety and other regulatory areas.
The helpline is available to members to help them deal with a wide range of business related legal topics, should they become problems, including :-

A team of Croner’s highly experienced legal consultants provide practical solutions to you, which are based on their own technical expertise. They all have wide experience in their respective fields and are recruited specifically for their ability to resolve problems in a practical, easy to follow style using every day language.
As well as advising on specific problems, they can :-

The advice line can be accessed on 08445 618133 from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays). You will need to quote the Guild’s scheme number, which is 38047, to access the service/advice. Calls are charged at 5p per minute when calling from a BT landline, mobile charges may vary.
Access to the scheme is provided free to members as part of their Guild membership.
