Mr Clarke’s Lead Supply

 

Under the terms of the 21 week free trial offer Mr Clarke was entitled to receive 400 home movers leads from Charterhouse Direct (a lead supplier) in post code areas of his choice. A booking request form was submitted to Mr Clarke by email on 30 October 2012 (copy herewith) with a request that he confirm the areas and format (labels or database) in which he required his leads. Mr Clarke did not return that booking form. Subsequently The Guild received an email from Mr Clarke dated 22 January 2013 asking as to the whereabouts of his leads and so The Guild provided him with a further copy of his booking form by return email, (copy herewith). Once again Mr Clarke did not return his booking form and/or confirm his requirements and so The Guild were unable to further progress hisĀ order of leads with our supplier.

 

In addition to the leads available from Charterhouse Direct, Mr Clarke was also entitled, as part of the free trial offer, to participate in a trial including a major Estate Agent group. Mr Clarke was notified in writing (copy herewith) that the scheme required users to log in to an online portal to retrieve removal enquiries in their area. On behalf of the scheme operator we made it clear that leads that were not actioned within 48 hours would be passed on to the next nearest remover. Mr Clarke did not log into his portal profile to service or retrieve any of the leads/enquiries provided to him. No quantity of leads was ever promised from this trial.
